Persistent Woman

Generating a future where there is none?  In 1994 when the mines closed and the people of the northern Argentina were left without work, a kolla woman, Rosario Quispe created an organization of weaving women that supports native communities. In 2005 she was nominated to the Nobel Peace Prize.
